1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
Because we sell to the trade, most of the data we hold relates to a business and the person who buys on its behalf.
- Identity and contact data: your name, business name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number.
- Order and payment data: the packs you order, your order history, VAT number where you give one, and confirmation that payment succeeded. Card details are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Account data: credit terms applied to your account and the balance outstanding.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookie data.
- Communications: the messages you send us by email, telephone or through a contact form, including quote requests.
- Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to stock and pricing updates.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interest in running the business is outweighed by your interests and rights, and we have concluded that it is not. You can object to that processing at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers who help us run the business:
- Payment processors, who take card and bank payments.
- Couriers and pallet carriers, who need your delivery address and contact details to complete the delivery.
- Our website host and ecommerce platform.
- Our email and marketing tools.
- Our analytics provider.
- Our accountants and, where an account is overdue, our debt recovery agents.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example under a court order or a request from a tax authority. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure the transfer is covered either by an adequacy decision or by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- Trade account data: for as long as the account is open, then twenty-four months after it is closed.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, and then a minimal record so that we do not contact you again.
- Enquiries and support messages: twenty-four months from the last message.
- Cookie and analytics data: up to fourteen months.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis we rely on.
To exercise any of these rights, email . We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we may need to keep records that we are legally required to hold even where you ask us to erase them.
8. Complaints

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working, including a small stored preference that remembers whether you are viewing prices in euros or pounds. Non-essential cookies for analytics and advertising are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time by clearing the banner preference in your browser.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will publish any material change on this page before it takes effect.
