Returns & refunds
Last updated: 1 January 2026
This policy explains how to cancel an order, how to send packs back, and when you get your money back. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
The cancellation right in section 1 is a consumer right. If you buy from us as a business, sections 6 to 8 still apply in full, and we also accept a goodwill return of unopened, undamaged sealed packs within 14 days of delivery.
1. Right to cancel within 14 days
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not have to give us a reason.
- Tell us you want to cancel within those 14 days by emailing with your order number.
- You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of you showing us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
2. Refunds
Your refund covers the price of the packs plus the standard delivery charge you originally paid. If you chose an express or timed delivery upgrade, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We do not charge restocking fees on a cancellation made under section 1.
3. Return postage
- Change of mind: you pay the cost of return postage or carriage. We tell you this before you check out as well as here.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong goods: we cover the cost of the return, and we arrange collection for anything larger than a single pack.
4. Condition of returned goods
You can inspect the goods as you would in a shop: open a pack, check the make and the sizing, and handle a garment. If the value of the goods is reduced by handling that goes beyond that check, for example if garments have been worn, washed, decorated, relabelled or printed, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.
5. Exceptions to the 14-day cancellation right
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Packs made to your specification, including printed, embroidered or relabelled garments and custom size runs.
- Sealed hygiene items, such as socks and underwear, once the seal has been broken.
Everything else in the catalogue can be cancelled under section 1.
6. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Separately from the cancellation right, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to:
- Reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- After 30 days and up to six months, ask for a repair or a replacement, and if that fails, a refund.
This applies even to goods that are otherwise excluded from change-of-mind returns, and we pay the return costs. If a fault runs through a whole pack, tell us and we replace the pack rather than the single garment. Please report transit damage or a short delivery within 48 hours so that we can claim against the carrier.
7. How to return an order
- Email with your order number and say which packs you are sending back and why.
- We reply with a return reference and confirm the address, usually the same working day.
- Repack the goods securely in the original outer packaging where you still have it, and write the return reference on the outside.
- Send the goods to , and keep your proof of postage until the refund reaches you.
